Cancellation Policy

Please contact us at heiselmanconsulting@gmail.com to discuss desired services and to set up specific dates and times for each service. Once a session has been requested with Heiselman Consulting, we will contact you to confirm time and date for the services requested. Once the final date and time is confirmed with both parties, you will receive an approval email with a Zoom link to the virtual session. Once approved and confirmed, to cancel or reschedule, please contact within 24 hours of your session. For those that booked a session utilizing your own case lists, please email (heiselmanconsulting@gmail.com) with your case lists 3-4 days prior to your session for review. Thank you.
